Phoebe told her followers that after “being inundated with soul-shrouding messages, impossible confessions, and heartbreaking stories,” she realized that she was not alone with her pain.
The brand ambassador said she feels “responsible” for providing answers for other women who suffer from chronic back pain.
“I don’t know if it’s social responsibility, female responsibility. The responsibility of being [a] “Mom,” she explained.

Phoebe announced that her first operation came in 2012 after a skiing accident “that changed her spine forever”.
After the operation, she did not listen to her body or follow the doctors’ advice. Instead, continue to play tennis, ski and walk “on concrete” every morning.
Unable to accept her reality, Phoebe spent “weeks in the hospital unable to move”.

“The people I book appointments with, call, zoom, email have become my (professional) support mechanism,” she concluded.
“The safety net of my family who gathers around me when a life problem takes more than me to accept.”
