It has been a long time coming, but finally the Middle East's largest theme park destination, Dubai Parks and Resorts, is set to re-open the doors to its Hollywood-inspired playground, Motiongate Dubai and Polynesian-themed Lapita Hotel on September 23.

Featuring 27 thrilling rides and attractions inspired by 13 of Hollywood's most memorable live action and animated films, Motiongate Dubai will re-open with enhanced safety measures in-line with industry standards and government safety guidelines. Advanced online booking will be required for all visitors as the park will be operating at a limited capacity on all rides, restaurants and shops.

In celebration of the re-opening, the park is offering 2-for-1 offers on tickets to all UAE residents on advance bookings before September 22 for visits until October 31.

If you feel one day just isn't enough, the destination's Lapita resort has deluxe rooms from Dh530 per night for up to two guests, including free access to Motiongate and a half board food and beverage deal thrown in.
