According to CBI sources, Pithani, Neeraj and Keshav arrived at the DRDO guest house earlier in the day for the grilling session.
The development comes a day after the federal agency questioned Sushant's girlfriend Rhea Chakraborty for over 10 hours, as well as her brother Showik.
Rhea and Showik also arrived for another round of questioning on Saturday.
