The Egyptian Meteorological Authority issued an urgent warning to viewers of the upcoming match between the Egyptian team and its Cameroonian counterpart, in the streets of Egypt and in open spaces.

Dr. Manar Ghanem, a member of the Meteorological Authority’s media center, explained that the northwestern coasts, and the governorates bordering the Mediterranean and Lower Egypt are experiencing turbulence in the weather.
Ghanem pointed to the multiplication of low and medium clouds, since the early morning, to witness light and medium rain during the day, and its intensity increases with the progression of the hours of the day, to turn into heavy and intermittent in the evening periods, over Greater Cairo and most of the governorates of the Republic, with hailstones falling on the overlooking governorates. On the Mediterranean, Matrouh, Alexandria and Kafr El-Sheikh.
She added that the temperatures in Cairo are currently moderate, while at the beginning of the night hours, clouds will multiply with the rainfall of medium and varying intensity at the beginning of the night hours, which will extend to the governorates of northern Upper Egypt, southern Lower Egypt, and the cities of the Canal.
