A father in the village of Samadon, affiliated to Ashmoun district, in the Egyptian governorate of Menoufia, beat his daughter to death, and turned himself in to the security.
MFA, a 40-year-old car electrician, turned himself in to the police, admitting to assaulting his 14-year-old daughter Habiba.
The victim’s body was found inside the house with multiple injuries, and “Al-Shorouk” newspaper said that the accused confirmed that his daughter was always begging, and despite being given money, she went out to beg, which led to the parents reprimanding him, saying in the record, “People have eaten and nothing.”
The accused confessed that he had beaten his daughter and did not intend to harm her, but he wanted her to retract what she was doing, but she fell dead, so he turned himself in to the security.
