An Egyptian network engineer revealed shocking facts about a website that steals pictures of girls and women from their personal pages and then creates pornographic files for them.
In statements to the Egyptian “Cairo 24” website, Eng. Mohamed Wanes said that he discovered the site by chance, when one of his friends sent a link to him.
He added that when he browsed, he was surprised by the pictures of dozens of girls seized from private and personal pages on social networking sites “Facebook”, “Instagram” and “Twitter” found on pornographic content.
He stated that there are pictures that have been altered with Photoshop, in addition to pornographic pictures showing girls in obscene positions on the site without their knowledge.
He pointed out that there are about 300 natural images seized from personal pages.
He confirmed that he submitted a petition to the Public Prosecution via the official page, in which he indicated that many girls are underage, and the site could expose them to suicide at any moment.
The young man stated that he succeeded, with a personal effort, along with a number of his friends, in obtaining some preliminary information about the site through the IP and sent it via e-mail to the official page of the Public Prosecution.
He stated that there are dozens of girls threatening suicide for fear of scandal, calling on the judicial and security authorities to arrest those responsible for the site, and not be satisfied with closing it.
And he said: “If it closes a lot… it is possible that many others will open up… the site every day uploads new pictures and employees the “Telegram” channel. Someone entered their account and stole photos from it.”
