She stated that it is Islamically prescribed that it is not permissible to touch the Qur’an without purification; For God Almighty says: “No one shall touch it except those who are purified.” [الواقعة: 79], confirming the consensus of the majority of jurists on this ruling.
And she pointed out that the great companion Abdullah bin Abbas, may God be pleased with them, and Al-Sha’bi and Al-Zahiriah permitted the one who had narrated it, whether it was a minor or major impurity, to touch the Qur’an without purification; Based on this, there is nothing wrong with someone who is in this situation to imitate those who are permitted by the scholars.
