A report prepared by the Swiss “Credit Suisse” Center confirmed that the method adopted to produce the Russian “Sputnik-V” vaccine against Corona increases its effectiveness and ensures its ability to overcome immunity-related problems.
The report was issued after discussions on the third phase of clinical trials of the vaccine, between representatives of the Russian “Gamalia” center, and a team of analysts from “Credit Suisse”, one of the financial conglomerates in Switzerland.
The center’s analysts confirmed that the approach adopted by the Russian Gamalia Center to produce the “Sputnik-V” vaccine is similar to that used by the “J&J” and “CanSino” center for vaccine development, and the center relied on the adenovirus vectors.
The center explained that the main difference that distinguishes the Sputnik vaccine from its analogues is the dependence on two different adenovirus vectors for the first (rAd5) and second (rAd26) dose of the vaccine, which allows to overcome the potential problems that may be in the immune system.
