Biogen’s controversial Alzheimer’s drug aducanumab, which is being offered to an FDA advisory committee this week, shouldn’t be approved because it isn’t showing any efficacy, said Dr. David Knopman of the Mayo Clinic, who was involved in one of the aducanumab studies and others, im Alzheimer’s & dementia.
