ABU DHABI, 14th January/WAM/ The World Future Energy Summit 2022, which kicks off within the Abu Dhabi Sustainability Week 2022 next week, will witness various sessions that highlight the latest strategies and the most prominent trends in the international movement for sustainability and renewable energy, during the Solar and Clean Energy Forum hosted by the summit.
The summit comes as the solar energy sector continues to expand at an accelerating pace, with it expected that the production capacity of solar cells around the world will grow more than 4 times to reach 3100 GW, while the wind energy capacity will grow nearly 2.5 times to reach 1850 GW by 2040.
