The area of ​​the complex is 46,000 square meters and includes a garden with an area of ​​3.5 dunams, 8 dunams of open space. In the planning of the area, great attention was paid to accessibility and employee well-being. Audio amplifiers at the service stations, lowered counters and sinks and accessible seating areas in the kitchens, etc. The campus has prayer rooms for various religions and non-gendered toilets alongside men and women’s toilets.

The building has playrooms (for adults and children), nursing rooms, a basketball and volleyball court, a yoga room, a thousand square meter gym, music rooms and a dog park. Employees have postal services, laundry, convenience stores and more. The building has six dining complexes and two Cafes and catering are in charge of Chef Haim Cohen’s Feed Your Mind group.

Ordinary or folding bicycles are available for employees to travel home and to work. The complex has bicycle parking that includes the option of electric charging, and the campus parking lot gives preference to shared and electric vehicles.

The complex incorporates Israeli ecological technologies such as a system for producing water from the moisture in the air, a system for detecting water leaks and photovoltaic cells for power supply. According to the company, this is the first office building in Israel to receive the LEED V4 GOLD interior and exterior standard – an international ranking of sustainable and environmental buildings.
