ABU DHABI, 19 November, WAM – Aldar Real Estate Company, “Aldar”, launched today the “Noya” residential project, at a total cost of 940 million dirhams, in an investment area on Yas Island, and all of its units are available for freehold ownership for all nationalities.
Noya is located close to the distinguished Aldar project, Yas Acres, and provides its residents with the opportunity to combine a luxurious living experience on Yas Island – the capital’s premier leisure and entertainment destination – with easy access to the heart of Abu Dhabi.
The “Noya” project includes 510 housing units and townhouses, and buyers can benefit from a convenient 35/65 payment plan, noting that the sale of units will start on November 22nd.
Each residential unit includes its own outdoor space. The project provides a variety of facilities such as community gardens, sports facilities, a swimming pool that includes sections for adults and children, a water games area, a gym, and a multi-use room. In addition to its proximity to schools, golf courses, shopping and entertainment destinations, and unique parks on Yas Island.
The construction work for the Noya project is scheduled to start in the second quarter of 2021, with the units to be delivered in the second quarter of 2023.
