2.9 billion dirhams of Dubai real estate transactions in a week

Real estate transactions in the Dubai Land Department this week amounted to more than 2.9 billion dirhams, as the department witnessed the registration of 898 pledges amounting to 1.67 billion dirhams, of which 44 pledges of land, amounting to 176.48 million dirhams, and 854 pledges of apartments and villas, worth 1.49 billion dirhams.
The most important land sales, with a value of 16 million dirhams, came in the Al-Merkad area, followed by a pledge of 13 million dirhams in Al-Barsha South Al-Rabiah, followed by 12 million dirhams in Al-Merkad.
The first “Jebel Ali” region topped the regions in terms of the number of sales, as it recorded 16 pledges at a value of 27 million dirhams, followed by the Almarkad region with 5 sales at a value of 61 million dirhams, then Nad Al-Sheba, the third, with 5 sales of 12 million dirhams.
With regard to the most important sales of apartments and villas; A pledge of 56 million dirhams in Saih Shuaib 2 was the most important, followed by a pledge of 41 million dirhams in Umm Suqeim 1, and finally, a pledge of 38 million dirhams in Wadi Al-Safa 3.
Dubai Marina topped the regions in terms of the number of sales of apartments and villas, recording 171 pledges at a value of 257 million dirhams, followed by Al-Habibiya fourth, with 80 pledges at a value of 111 million dirhams, and a third in cars with 48 sales of 81 million dirhams.
The mortgages recorded a value of 1.14 billion dirhams, of which 60 mortgages of lands valued at 589.85 million dirhams and 240 mortgages of villas and apartments worth 549.66 million dirhams, the most important of which was in Nad Hessa, with a value of 200 million dirhams, and another in the Al-Barsha South Al-Thanya area, at a value of 116 million dirhams. With a value of 141.86 million dirhams, the most important of which was in the Al Thanyah Fourth region, at a value of 46 million dirhams, and the other in the Burj Khalifa area, with a value of 31 million dirhams.
