Dubai Islamic Bank stated that its banking services will face a brief suspension from 28 to 31 October 2020.
The bank said in a text message today to its customers, which was seen by Emirates Today: “Our dear customer, you will face a short pause in accessing our banking services from 28 to 31 October 2020 as we integrate Noor Bank into Dubai Islamic Bank.
As the acquirer, Dubai Islamic announced earlier that it is fully committed to providing a seamless transition for the customers of both banks, while ensuring that they continue to have the best possible banking experience during and after the merger.
It is worth noting that, last January, Dubai Islamic Bank completed the acquisition of Noor Bank by organizing a deal in which shares were exchanged.
