The Kuwait Stock Exchange closed its transactions during trading today, Monday, with a decrease in the general market index by 17.7 points, or 0.32%, to reach 5566.72 points.

The volume of traded shares reached 321.9 million shares, with a total value of 38.9 million Kuwaiti dinars, as a result of executing 11,175 transactions.
The main market index rose by

2.6 points, to reach the level of 4,398.13 points, a rise of 0.06%, through a volume of shares amounting to 260.2 million shares, which took place through 6,560 cash transactions worth 12.3 million dinars, according to the Saudi Press Agency.
The First Market Index decreased by 27.5 points to reach the level of 6155.89 points, a decrease of 0.45%, through a volume of 61.7 million shares that took place through 4,615 deals worth 26.5 million dinars.
The (Main 50) index declined by 4.08 points to reach the level of 4442.75 points, with a decrease of 0.09%, through a volume of 236.03 million shares that took place through 5445 cash transactions worth 11.08 million Kuwaiti dinars.
