"We have more than 650 disabled employees working for Almarai in variety sectors to be part of our success," Al-Otaibi added.
In 2018, Almarai became the first company that obtained "Mowaamah" certificate in the golden level by the Ministry of Labor and Social Development as a supportive work environment for people with disabilities. Almarai is also a Gold Member and one of the main "Qaderoon" Network founders, which functions to integrate people with disabilities into the employment community in the public and private sectors. — SG
