Im The crown tundra Extension for Pokemon sword and Pokemon ShieldPlayers can help Professor Sonia track down three Legendary Pokémon (Sonia calls them Grasslands, Iron Will, and Cave Pokémon) by finding footprints scattered throughout the Crown Tundra area.
Every time you find a series of footprints, it gives you two percent of the data needed to track the Pokémon that made the footprints. That means you’ll have to find 50 footprints for each of the three Pokémon before you can actually find them.
In our experience, there are more than 50 sets of “grassland footprints” in the crown tundra (many are in the giant bed area). However, it can take you a while to track down 50 of them if you are on your own.
