New Earbuds Arriving – Nokia Pro True Wireless Earphones pass BT...

Nokia True Wireless Earbuds von Nokia Mobile

We may see new Nokia branded earbuds soon, which may be the best Nokia branded audio offering yet. Named Nokia Pro True Wireless Earphones P3802A, BT SIG passed, and as the name “Pro” suggests, they may be high quality Nokia earphones that could compete with AirPods Pro or Freebuds Pro.

As the BT SIG certification shows, the company that submitted the device for certification is RichGo Technology, the Chinese company that is the licensee of the Nokia headphone brand in China. We first heard of this offer this summer with the Nokia Essential Wireless Headphones (E1200), Nokia Essential True Wireless Headphones (E3500), and Nokia Essential True Wireless Headphones (E3200). These products are limited to a few markets, more specifically mainland China and Hong Kong as mentioned on the Nokia official website.

The certification also shows BT 5.1 as the version of the bluetooth connection standard the headphones will use and that the product certification was released on October 16th, 2 days ago at the time of this writing.

I hope the headphones will also be available in markets other than China. In fact, some earbuds that are available “worldwide” are still hard to come by and the BT headphone market is booming, particularly due to the pressure on remote working (and meetings) caused by the pandemic.
