At this point, it seems like Cartoon Network / Adult Swim’s anime programming block, Toonami, has a video game review every week. For example, recently Toonami reviewed the samurai action video game Spirit of Tsushimaand while it looks like it usually leans towards the genre tariff, Toonami aired a video game review for the golf video game this weekend PGA Tour 2K21. While it might come as a surprise, TOM and the crew seem to have had a good time.
“Putting is the hardest part of the game,” says TOM in the review you can see above, “but once you start brushing and tapping the driver it gets a little easier.” TOM continues to putt pretty badly, but that doesn’t seem to affect the review itself. Toonami ultimately gives PGA Tour 2K21 an 8 out of 10. All in all, it really sounds like TOM and SARA have pretty versatile tastes when it comes to video games.
PGA Tour 2K21 is currently available for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch and PC. The rating from ComicBook.com revealed PGA Tour 2K21 a 3 out of 5. “PCA Tour 2K21 Career mode offers the chance to compete against some of the best golfers on the PGA Tour and make enthusiasts feel like legends. The swing mechanics can be frustrating at first if not enough practice time is invested, but extended playing time gives a real sense of progress and leads to an entertaining experience, “our reviews say in part.
