Borussia Dortmund continued its revival in the German Football League, after achieving its third victory in a row, after its big 4/2 victory over its guest Union Berlin today, Sunday, in the fifth stage of the competition, which also witnessed Bayer Leverkusen’s 3-1 victory over its host Stuttgart.

Dortmund’s balance rose to 12 points, to advance to second place temporarily until the end of the rest of the stage matches, while Union Berlin, which received its first loss in the championship this season, froze at six points in eighth place.

Dortmund scored quickly through Rafael Guerrero in the tenth minute, before the young Norwegian star Erling Haaland added the second goal in the 24th minute, to continue his hobby of scoring for the fourth match in a row in various competitions.

Haaland scored in Dortmund’s last two matches in the Bundesliga with Bayer Leverkusen and Hoffenheim, before he also scored against Besiktas last Wednesday in the Champions League.

Dortmund’s third goal came through friendly fire, after Union Berlin defender Marvin Friedrich scored an own goal in the 52nd minute.

Union Berlin took advantage of the relative decline in the performance of the Dortmund players, to return to the meeting again after scoring two goals through its players Max Cruz and Andreas Wolgsamer in the 57th and 81st minutes from a penalty kick, respectively.

Halland scored again, scoring the fourth goal for Dortmund and his second personal goal in the 83rd minute, to finally eliminate the visitors’ hopes of a tie.
