The agent of new Galatasaray signing Mostafa Mohamed, Ahmed Yehia, has revealed that the Zamalek loanee has participated in the team’s training on Monday and is ready to take part in their next game.

Turkish giants Galatasaray land managed to land Mostafa Mohamed on a one-and-a-half-year loan deal for a fee of $2M.

They have the option to make the deal permanent for an extra $4M until December 31, 2021; however, it’s subject to Zamalek’s approval.

Mohamed arrived in Istanbul on Sunday night and underwent the medical before the transfer was officially announced the other day.

Galatasaray will face Istanbul Basaksehir on Tuesday in the Turkish Super Lig, and it seems it might be Mostafa Mohamed’s kick start with Gala.

“Mostafa participated in today’s training with Galatasaray. He will be available tomorrow for the team against Basaksehir,” Yehia told ON Time Sports channel.

“Zamalek hold a future resale percentage on Mohamed. It’s one of the terms in the contract between Galatasaray and Zamalek.”

Mostafa became the first-ever Egyptian to play for the Yellow-Reds and the only second Pharaoh currently in the Turkish Super Lig alongside Karim Hafez of Yeni Malatyaspor.

They currently sit third in the Turkish Super Lig with 42 points, three behind leaders Beşiktaş.
