The love child of a former international doubles soccer star was accused of cheating on a young woman out of nearly $ 9,000 to pay for baby products.

Prosecutor Shannon Ryan told the Woollongong court that the alleged victim had been sedated without her knowledge prior to the incident, which means she was unable to give consent.
