Thank you for reading the news about Achraf Bencharki: I dedicate my goal to all Zamalek fans and now with the details
Dubai - Yasmine El Tohamy - Zamalek winger Achraf Bencharki has revealed that his header against Raja Casablanca was a product of their training.
The White Knights had defeated Raja Casablanca 1-0 in the first leg of the CAF Champions League semi-finals on Sunday.
Achraf Bencharki scored the only goal after rising high above the defender and the goalkeeper to nod home Ahmed Sayed Zizo’s cross.
The Moroccan explained after the game that his header against Raja was something Zamalek worked on in training under head coach Jaime Pacheco.
“The goal was a product of instructions from the coach and an understanding between me and teammates,” Bencharki told Bein Sports.
