The Confederation of African Football (CAF) have revealed Victor Gomes as the referee for the Super Cup clash between Esperance Sportive de Tunis and Zamalek.

Confederation Cup champions Zamalek will face Champions League winners Esperance Sportive de Tunis in the CAF Super Cup on Friday, February 14th at the Thani Bin Jassim Stadium in Al Rayyan, Qatar.

Four days ahead of the encounter, CAF have announced that South African referee Victor Gomes will officiate the game. He will be assisted by his fellow compatriot Zakhele Siwela as well as Souru Phatsoane from Lesotho and Senegal’s Maguette Ndiaye as the fourth official.

Gomes already has his fair share of experience in the continent as he has officiated several games across all CAF competitions such as the Champions League, Confederation Cup and AFCON.
