- Yasmine El Tohamy - The committee of discipline and ethics in the Egyptian Football Association have announced a bunch of disciplinary decisions towards what happened during Smouha’s game against Aswan which ended in the former’s victory.

Team assistant Hassan Mostafa also received an eight-match suspension and a 50K EGP fine for attacking Aswan’s football director Mostafa Amin Mohamed.

The Alexandria-based club was also fined 50K.

Smouha are currently tied with Zamalek in fourth place with 13 points, having played one more game compared to the Whites’ seven encounters.
