However the Yellows sent an official letter to the Egyptian FA demanding the game to be moved to their home ground in the city of Ismailia.

In their statement the club revealed that they should host the game in the Ismailia Stadium in order to have equal opportunities as their opponents.

They further argued that they proved on several occasions that the stadium is more than capable of received games of such calibre, as it hosted various games in the 2019 AFCON, the Egypt Cup and the Arab Club Championship.

Additionally, they stated that there are already several important encounters scheduled to take place in their home turf such as the Zamalek game in game-week 17.
