Olympiacos are believed to be interested in resigning Egypt international striker Ahmed Hassan ‘Koka’ from Braga after his spell in Greece last season.

Across his time in Portugal, Ahmed Hassan ‘Koka’ has gone from making a name for himself as one of the best young strikers in the country to being something of an outcast at Braga.

As the January transfer window has opened, it seems to be best for all parties if Koka is moved on as soon as possible.

One of the most interested clubs is Greek giants Olympiacos, where he spent the 2018-19 season on loan. While they are coping in his absence, clearly the club saw something in him as they are possibly turning to him for mid season reinforcements.

Olympiacos are currently top of the Greek league table, and while they are unbeaten in the 17 games they have had so far they are still just a point clear of rivals PAOK, so any additional firepower from Koka would be more than welcome there.

Koka will also use any potential move as a chance to break back into the Egypt national team, where it seemed that he would be a long term option when he initially broke through.

The 26 year old is currently sidelined with an ankle injury that he suffered back in October, prior to which he had scored once in his six league appearances this season.
