Jeddah - Yasmine El Tohamy - NAJRAN: Najran Camel Racecourse organized its second Mafarid race on Sunday, part of the Saudi Camel Racing Federation’s competitions for the 2024 season.

There were rounds for the male and female Mafarid category, covering a distance of 1.5 km and featuring the participation of 641 camels.

In the first round, the female camel Al-Hathra, owned by Hussein Al-Salem, achieved first place. In the second, male Muwaffaq, owned by Manea Al-Munjim, took first.

The third round saw female Bayan, owned by Fares Al-Mansour, take the top spot, while in the fourth round, male Al-Hather, owned by Mesfer Al-Rizk, achieved first place.

Female Al-Wathba, owned by Abdullah Al-Kabri, took first place in the fifth round, while male Shahin, owned by Ali Al-Rizk, won the sixth round. Female Al-Shahinah, owned by Ali Al-Yami, took first place in the seventh round.

Male Al-Don, owned by Mohammed Al-Saiari, took first place in the eighth round. The ninth round was won by Al-Mazn, owned by Manea Al-Rizk, and Al-Faiz, owned by Hassan Al-Hamami, took the top spot in the 10th round.

Harbah, owned by Manea Al-Rizk, triumphed in the 11th round, and Mowajah, owned by Ibrahim Al-Amer, won the 12th. Mazah, owned by Hadi Al-Rizk, took first in the 13th while Jakoor, owned by Mehdi Al-Mhamed, won the 14th, and Intibah, owned by Ali Al-Kabri, the 15th.
