On the sidelines of the International Space Conference, His Excellency the Acting CEO of the Saudi Space Authority, Dr. Muhammad bin Saud Al-Tamimi, held several bilateral meetings with the CEO of the French National Center for Space Studies, Dr. Philippe Baptiste, the President of the Indian Space Research Organization, Dr. Kailasavadevo Sivan, and the CEO of the Space Agency The British Dr. Paul Butt, the Director-General of the Russian Agency for Space Activities Dr. Dmitry Rogozin, the CEO of the South African National Space Agency, Dr. Valanathan Munsami, the head of the Japan Aerospace Exploration Agency, Dr. Hiroshi Yamakawa, and a number of heads of private sector companies working in the space sector.
During the meetings, they discussed bilateral relations and ways to enhance cooperation in the fields of space and capacity-building, exchange experiences and outline the future development of the space sector. He also reviewed with them the Kingdom’s aspirations for the sector and its pioneering goals.
