We ordered the following:
First: The service of the First Lieutenant General / Khaled bin Qaraar bin Ghanem Al-Harbi, Director of Public Security, shall be terminated by his retirement and his referral for investigation.
Second: The Control and Anti-Corruption Authority shall complete the investigation procedures with all those involved in this, and take the necessary legal measures against them.
Third: Our order is communicated to the competent authorities for approval and implementation.
