According to the support mechanism, the fund contributes 75% of the training costs during the training period, not exceeding an amount of 3 thousand riyals per month for one employee, provided that the employer bears the remaining costs, according to the controls specified by the fund.

The Eastern Province includes 11 training bodies: the Saudi Technical Institute for Petroleum Services in Dammam, the Saudi Technical Institute for Petroleum Services in Khafji, the Saudi Technical Institute for Electricity Services, the National Institute for Inspection and Quality Assurance Technology, the National Institute for Industrial Training, the National Energy Academy, and the Arab Drilling Academy Saudi Arabia, the National Center for Construction Training, the National Training Center for Facilities and Hospitality Management, the National Pioneering Academy, and the National Maritime Academy.
The Makkah region hosts 4 training bodies: the Higher Institute for Water and Electricity Technologies, the Saudi Japanese Higher Institute for Cars, the Higher Institute for Paper and Industrial Technologies, and the National Aviation Academy, while the Qassim region includes two training agencies: the Saudi Railway Technical Institute and the National Poultry Institute of Technology.
