The Human Resources Development Fund supports “Hadaf”, 28 training institutes, centers and academies in 7 different regions, as part of the support program for strategic partnerships institutes, aimed at training and employing researchers and job seekers in specializations required by private sector establishments, through a training mechanism that ends with employment in one of the Institutes of strategic partnerships licensed by the National Center for Strategic Partnerships in the General Organization for Technical and Vocational Training as non-profit training bodies.Hadaf seeks to support more institutes, develop mechanisms in this regard, and encourage the establishment of new institutes with the aim of training and employing the nation’s sons and daughters.

According to the support mechanism, the fund contributes 75% of the training costs during the training period, not exceeding an amount of 3 thousand riyals per month for one employee, provided that the employer bears the remaining costs, according to the controls specified by the fund.

The Makkah region hosts 4 training bodies: the Higher Institute for Water and Electricity Technologies, the Saudi Japanese Higher Institute for Cars, the Higher Institute for Paper and Industrial Technologies, and the National Aviation Academy, while the Qassim region includes two training agencies: the Saudi Railway Technical Institute and the National Poultry Institute of Technology.
