Ibn Libda promised farmers to overcome all obstacles in accordance with Vision 2030

Today, the Governor of the Reith, Faisal bin Nasser bin Libda, sponsored the launch of the training course for the farmers of the “coffee” initiative, which was held by the Al-Ber Association in the governorate in cooperation with Saudi , Jazan University, and the Mountain Development and Development Authority.

The session was attended by a number of farmers and those interested in the cultivation and production of coffee and notables of the governorate, including Sheikh Ahmed Muhammad Ramadi Al-Salami and Sheikh Samaan Yahya Al-Najadi.

For his part, Ibn Labda thanked the farmers and promised to overcome all difficulties and develop people and place in accordance with the Kingdom’s 2030 vision, and also thanked: Engineer Bandar Al-Fifi, Dr. Habib Khamira and Dr. Osama Abu Al-Ghaith.

And he praised the efforts of “Saudi Aramco” which had the merit – after God – in encouraging, motivating and supporting farmers to start and continue growing coffee in the mountainous province.

A team from the Saudi Society for the Preservation of Heritage had begun a documentary journey of Khawlani coffee in the mountainous governorates of the Jizan region in both Al-Reith Governorate and Al-Daier Bani Malik governorate, with the aim of registering coffee in the World Heritage Organization “UNESCO”.

It should be noted that rock coffee is one of the most important types that characterize Al-Reith Governorate and it depends on rainwater pools and natural fertilizers .. It produces crops in varying quantities, which appeal to coffee lovers, and they accept it from inside Saudi Arabia and the Gulf countries, along with many other types.
