Coronavirus recovery cases in Saudi Arabia close to the 96% barrier

While the Sultanate of Oman begins today (Sunday) to apply the partial ban with the aim of combating the spread of the Corona virus, it has been reported that cases of recovery from “Covid-19” disease resulting from “Corona” infection in Saudi Arabia are close to exceeding the 96 percent barrier, Compared to the total number of HIV cases in the country, amid an expansion of laboratory tests, and a renewed call for community members to benefit from the services of "Tatman" clinics and "Verify" centers located in all regions of the Kingdom. 

And the Saudi Ministry of Health announced the registration of 405 new infections with the virus during the past 24 hours, bringing the total number of infections to 338,944 in the country.

And the Ministry of Health indicated, according to a statement broadcast by the Saudi News Agency (SPA) yesterday, that 455 new cures were recorded during the past 24 hours, bringing the total number of those recovering from the virus to 324,737 cases, bringing the percentage of cured cases in the country to 95.8 percent. .

The Ministry pointed out that 22 new deaths were recorded with the virus, bringing the total deaths to 5018 cases, at a time when the Ministry stated that 46,189 new laboratory tests were conducted during the past 24 hours, calling on everyone to benefit from the services of “Tatman” clinics and “Verify” centers present in all Kingdom regions.

Yesterday, the UAE Ministry of Health recorded 1129 new cases of the virus, bringing the total number of infections to 105,133 in the country. And the UAE health, according to the Emirates News Agency (WAM), indicated that a new death was recorded with the virus, bringing the total deaths to 443 cases. The ministry pointed out that 1070 new recoveries were recorded, bringing the total number of those recovering from the virus in the country to 95,973 cases.

In Kuwait, the Kuwaiti Ministry of Health announced yesterday that 6 new deaths have been recorded from the Coronavirus, bringing the total deaths in the country to 655 deaths.

Yesterday, Ministry of Health spokesman Dr. Abdullah Al-Sanad said that 492 new cases of the virus were recorded, bringing the total number of cases to 110,568. He indicated that 139 injured persons were receiving medical care in the intensive care units.

And the Kuwaiti Ministry of Health announced earlier that 698 injured people had recovered during the past twenty-four hours, bringing the total of those recovering from Corona in the country to more than 100 thousand.

The General Administration of Civil Aviation in Kuwait denied the news of the resumption of direct flights from some countries, which are banned from flying from them, to Kuwait, within the framework of restrictions to prevent the spread of the virus. The administration indicated, in a tweet on “Twitter”, that the list of the 34 countries from which flight is prohibited “is still the same, and none of the mentioned countries have been added or canceled yet.”

Yesterday, the Bahraini Ministry of Health announced that it had recorded 8 deaths due to infection with the virus, bringing the total number of deaths to 272, in addition to 438 new infections.

The ministry stated, in a statement, that the total number of recovered cases has reached 70,406 so far, after 552 cases have been cured, and that the number of existing cases has reached 4,182, of which 4,121 are “stable” and 61 are under care.

In Oman, Mohammed bin Saeed Al Yahya, Assistant Public Prosecutor and Director General of Public Prosecution in the Governorate of Muscat and Chairman of the Committee in charge of Investigating Public Health Cases, confirmed that the Public Prosecution will deal firmly with violators of the decisions issued by the Supreme Committee charged with examining the mechanism for dealing with developments resulting from the spread of the Coronavirus. (Covid-19), especially the decision issued to prevent movement, close public places and shops, and prohibit the use of beaches during the period specified in the decision, which will take effect today (Sunday), and continue until the 24th of October.

Muhammad bin Saeed Al Yahya affirmed that all legal measures will be taken against those arrested and referred to the Public Prosecution, and they will refer detainees to the competent courts, and their names and photos will be published in various media outlets.

In Qatar, the Ministry of Health announced the registration of 178 new cases of Coronavirus during the past 24 hours, bringing the total number of infections to 127,778 in the country.

The “Qatari Health”, on its official page on the social networking site “Twitter”, indicated yesterday that no new deaths were recorded with the virus, bringing the total deaths to 219 cases. The Ministry pointed out that 208 new recovery cases were recorded during the past 24 hours, bringing the total number of recovered people in the country to 124,767 cases.
