He added, “Unfortunately! Here in Al-Ula governorate, we are governed by a tribe, not the state .. All employees in government departments are from one tribe, and so are members of this tribe in all government departments in Medina.

The “Citizen’s Voice” account commented: “God was at the help of the citizen, so he did not have a voice, value or opinion, but he had some crumbs, but now his girl, his money, and his permissibility. Whenever the guardian remains, he takes it.

Since September, the Al Saud authorities have embarked on a massive demolition campaign in several Saudi provinces.

Activists on social media circulated a video clip of a Saudi citizen announcing that he was giving up his Saudi nationality.

In the video clip, citizen Saleh Hamdan Al-Balawi explained that he received a call early this month from the authorities in his country, telling him that his house in the village of Turba in the Al-Ula Governorate (western Saudi Arabia) must be evacuated, in preparation for its demolition.

The Saudi citizen said: “I announce the dispensation of the Saudi nationality, because I have no right to work here and he tells you this is what your land is. This is a restored house to restore the right of orphans.

He said that the damage was not caused to him alone in the village of “Thurba”. Rather, the authorities removed more than forty homes in the area.

He asked where he would go after his home was demolished, and where he would go with his children after that, especially given that the notification was immediate to evacuate.

Saudi tweets expressed their solidarity with Al-Balawi, whose house was demolished by the authorities of Al Saud.
