White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt told reporters on Wednesday that Iran must open the Strait of Hormuz "immediately, quickly and safely" after reports that the strategic waterway was shut despite a US-Iran ceasefire. Any closure "is completely unacceptable," she said.
