The Federal Court of Australia publishes the merits of the ruling in the Djokovic case Thursday
MELBOURNE (Reuters) – Australia’s Federal Court said it will publish the merits of the ruling in the Novak Djokovic case on Thursday.
A court spokesman said Chief Justice James Allsopp will read the rationale in the courtroom and that it will be possible to follow up on the Internet.
The court ruled earlier this week to cancel Djokovic’s visa to enter Australia and participate in the Australian Open, the first Grand Slam of the current season, due to the vaccine against the highly contagious and spreading Corona virus.
