After his arrest, the accused admitted that he lured the victim on the night of the incident to agricultural land, and during their session he gave him a drug until he passed out, and buried him alive in a hole, dug it jointly with the wife who had an illegal relationship, and released the necessary record, and the Public Prosecution decided to imprison the accused 4 days.
