Under the agreement, Etihad Airways will implement the Amadeus Altea Group for passenger services that include online booking, revenue management, sales and data management.
These technology products will be adapted to Etihad Airways’ operations over the coming years, thus improving the experience of travelers, Etihad Guest members, travel agents and corporate customers.
For his part, Mohammed Abdullah Al Bulooki, Chief Operating Officer of Etihad Aviation Group, said: “The aviation sector is witnessing a digital revolution, and Etihad Airways is keen to remain at the forefront of this change. Thanks to the partnership with Amadeus, guests of (Etihad Airways) will be able to enjoy the best user experience during the process of booking and managing their flights, with the ability to configure their flights in an unprecedented way.
