A man died on Friday in a shooting in the Cronjéstraat in Arnhem. The victim was shot at around 4:40 pm in his car and died of his injuries in hospital.
The shooting took place on the edge of the Transvaalbuurt, near the railway viaduct at Willemsplein. Police report that the man was found injured in his car.
The police are conducting extensive (traces) investigations and are looking for witnesses. Nothing is yet known about a motive and the perpetrator (s). The Cronjéstraat and De la Reijstraat are closed.
