Denis Francois, born April 29, 1965, graduated with a master’s degree in public law, and joined the French Ministry of Europe and Foreign Affairs in 1992, before being appointed as the head of the Asia and Oceania region within the country. The Agency for French Education Abroad (AEFE), between 1992 and 1995, he was Deputy Consul General in Montreal, between 2004 and 2009, and Head of the Office of Legal Policy and Human Resources Management, between 2013 and 2016.
