President Abdel Fattah Al-Sisi paid an inspection visit to the headquarters of the State’s Strategic Command Center in the New Administrative Capital, which was newly established with the latest international specifications in line with Egypt’s future vision, where he was accompanied by Dr. Mostafa Madbouly, Prime Minister, and Lieutenant General Mohamed Zaki, Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces, Minister Defense and Military Production, Lieutenant General Mohamed Farid, Chief of Staff of the Armed Forces, and a number of commanders of the Armed Forces.

The Spokesman for the Presidency of the Republic stated that the President listened to a detailed explanation of the components of the new strategic state command center and the latest developments in the engineering construction and infrastructure works that were carried out in it, as well as what was designed and constructed with the latest communication and information technology systems, security monitoring methods, and smart systems in the field of command and control Which enhances the state’s ability to efficiently manage its institutions under various circumstances, as well as the specialized and administrative units and facilities included in the new headquarters.

During the tour, the President praised the effort made to finish and equip the buildings and facilities of the Strategic Command Center according to the planned period of time, stressing the state’s keenness to develop its capabilities in various fields and keep pace with scientific and technical progress to be able to maintain the security of the homeland and its territorial integrity.

The strategic state command center includes a number of centers that guarantee control and flow in managing all state institutions and prepare to face any crises or emergencies. The headquarters extends over an area of ​​7,000 acres and includes 18 areas that differ according to the nature of each of them, and it contains a center for coordinating state defense work, as well as a center The unified strategic data of the state, which contains all the data of state institutions, a center for controlling the closed strategic network to control the state’s administrative apparatus, in addition to a management and operation center to control state facilities, and a center for controlling the communications network that ensures the continued achievement of communications at the state level, as well as Centers for Controlling Emergency Services and Field Safety, and a Center for Weather Forecasts, which prepares the State’s Defense Center with weather data in order to be ready to face sudden weather changes, in addition to a huge volume of warehouses that secure the country’s needs of strategic goods.

The facilities of the strategic leadership center of the state are numerous to include a number of places of worship, clubs, hotels, schools, sports stadiums, residential projects, commercial malls, as well as a number of hospitals and service and administrative complexes. The State Command Center includes two units of the Republican Guard and other means of insurance that provide protection, prevention and insurance for the center.

The new strategic leadership center represents a new edifice that embodies Egypt’s future vision as a promising regional power and a pioneering country that has been and will continue to be able to overcome challenges and achieve aspirations with the unity of its proud people and its powerful army.
