Johann M. worked in a surgical team until his death. He has been the senior technical surgical assistant there since 2014 and has been the overall manager of the operating theater since 2016. So he had access to drugs that could be fatal – and could have taken them home illegally. The employer did not answer any questions to BLICK “because of the ongoing investigation”.
