This is the shocking moment when a Philadelphia man brazenly stole a washing machine from a store on another night of violence, vandalism, and protests.

A video of the man appeared on the second night of riot and looting in the city of Pennsylvania on Tuesday, the day after police fatally shot 27-year-old Walter Wallace Jr. The sun Reports.

The footage shows a masked man wearing a red T-shirt and casually rolling the device, which looks like a washing machine, on a large handcart.

He eyed the camera indifferently as he walked away from one of the many devastated shops in Philadelphia.

Twitter user Andy Ngô received the clip from Fox News’ Sean Hannity Show that had a reporter following the Black Lives Matter protests.

American flags were lit in New York City last night after protests spread from Philadelphia, where trash cans were set on fire, shops searched and violent clashes between protesters and police took place.

The administration released a statement in the early hours of Wednesday morning slamming the demonstrations.

The protests erupted after police officers fatally shot and killed Mr. Wallace, who had mental health problems, and refused to drop his knife.

The White House said the government is preparing to mobilize and will “never allow mob rule” if the violence continues.

The comment came after another night of chaos as riots and looting spread over his killing on Tuesday after a second night in Philadelphia in New York and Washington DC.

A car was filmed ramming into an NYPD barricade last night while police tried to break the windows with batons.

Shocking Twitter footage showed a man carrying a burning stars and stripes through the streets of Brooklyn, where WABC reported dozens of arrests made and at least nine NYPD vehicles damaged.

In other states, violence intensified as rioters looted shops, set trash cans on fire, and smashed cars in the ransacked city of Pennsylvania.

Around 500 people gathered in a park in West Philadelphia on Tuesday evening, where they sang and marched through the neighborhood.

Elsewhere, people were shown searching shops on the opposite side of town from where Mr. Wallace was shot.

The Philadelphia police issued a warning shortly after 8:30 p.m. local time.

It was stated that a crowd of approximately 1,000 people in the Castor and Aramingo area looted shops and wanted to avoid the area.

Harrowing images showed fires in the middle of the street, while Target and Walmart required a large police presence, breaking windows and stealing items.

Philadelphia was preparing for another night of violence yesterday when the video showed police officers running away from protesters who appeared to be throwing bottles at them.

Additional footage released earlier this week showed rioters throwing trash cans at a line of police officers and another showing looters sifting through destroyed shops.

Another video appears to show a rioter raiding a police vehicle, while more footage shows a police vehicle on fire.

Police confirmed that at least 30 police officers were injured Monday night, including a woman who was hit by a truck and had a broken leg.

Rioters ransacked several shops and at least one restaurant, and police said more than 30 people were arrested for throwing bricks or stones at officials or looting.
