The award, which closed the door for entries on October 10, received about 100 entries, and the number of participants in the correspondence field reached about 61, in the field of literary study about 23, and in the field of recitation 16.
The Chair of the Board of Trustees of the Award, Dr. Rafia Ghobash, said: “Through the participations we received in the first session of the Awsha Bint Khalifa Al Suwaidi Award, we can see the extent of the celebration, gratitude and appreciation of society, creators and intellectuals of this high literary personality, and the value of the award’s message in what it contains of An inspiring cultural impact ».
