Moniece Slaughter denies rumors that she bleached her skin

On an Instagram Live, Slaughter decided to bring up comments on her videos that she bleached. The comments seem to be the result of a product she posted on her Instagram. The fans thought the product was something like a bleach.

“I saw someone say bleach,” Slaughter said, as reported by The Jasmine Brand. “This is not for bleaching. I need you guys to get a good handle on the difference between exfoliating and lightening versus bleaching. Bleach does not lighten. The bleaching subsides, the bleaching removes melanin, the bleaching removes color, stains, that’s what bleaching does. ”
