Celebrity Halloween Costumes: The Best Costumes of 2020

Halloween certainly looked different this year as there were no trick-or-treating or big blowout bashes this year – or rather none that it would be wise to attend. But even social distancing couldn’t stop celebrities from pulling out all the stops for their festive costumes. Instead of walking into town, stars took to Instagram to share their original costume ideas from home, proving that it is worth getting dressed with nowhere. This year’s celebrity costumes ranged from scary and spooky to cheesy and absolutely fabulous.

Let’s start with Heidi Klum, the official Queen of Halloween. Although the German-American model hasn’t brought out an exaggerated (and prosthesis-heavy) costume this season like in previous years, she did tat Create a special horror short film with your family and wear two scary costumes for it (including converting it into a bedsheet and a camo look that blends into the wall). “I didn’t want to work with prostheses this year,” she said Mode from their appearance. “I wanted to get back to basics and get painted. I’ve worked with the great David Gilmore and his team. Each body painting took about 7 hours. ”

There were some highly fashionable Halloween moments this year as well. Kylie Jenner dresses up as a king cobra snake and slips into a figure-hugging Mugler look. (She and her friends also dressed up as Power Rangers this weekend.) Cardi B dresses up as a glittering Medusa, complete with a custom-made, gold-dripping outfit from designer Laurel DeWitt. Victoria Beckham disguises herself as a terrible clown – but as a chic clown who wears Beckham’s own label. A killer clown with good taste.

Elsewhere, other stars were looking for classic movies or characters to get inspiration from their Halloween costume. Chrissy Teigen, for example, paid homage Schwanensee‘s Odette, while husband John Legend played the role of Spiderman. Kim Kardashian West dressed as Tiger KingCarole Baskin, while all of her children are dressed up as baby tigers.
