Phoebe announced that her first operation came in 2012 after a skiing accident “that changed her spine forever”.

After the operation, she did not listen to her body or follow the doctors’ advice. Instead, continue to play tennis, ski and walk “on concrete” every morning.

Unable to accept her reality, Phoebe spent “weeks in the hospital unable to move”.

‘Two children and countless procedures, injections, scans and operations later, I live in chronic pain. It took me years to acknowledge and accept my diagnosis, ”she admitted.
