Here’s every new movie (plus trailer) that hits Netflix this weekend

In the middle of the current month, people are undoubtedly looking forward to November when a wave of new movies will pour onto Netflixs

Library. But it’s still halfway through October, which means a few more films have not yet debuted on the world’s most popular streaming platform.

And this weekend is no exception. A total of six new films will be available for streaming over the next three days. Here is each of those movies (plus trailers and plot summaries for each).

The Chicago Trial 7

Summary of the plot: What was supposed to be a peaceful protest turned into a violent clash with the police. What followed was one of the most notorious trials in history.

The Chicago Trial 7 The stars are Yahya Abdul-Mateen II, Sacha Baron Cohen, Daniel Flaherty, Joseph Gordon-Levitt, Michael Keaton, Frank Langella, John Carroll Lynch, Eddie Redmayne, Noah Robbins, Mark Rylance, Alex Sharp and Jeremy Strong. The film was directed by Aaron Sorkin.

In a valley of violence

Summary of the plot: After being subjected to violence and bullying in a small town, a silent drifter gets into a vengeful battle with the local marshal.

In a valley of violence will be available to stream on Netflix starting October 16.

ParaNorman

Summary of the plot: When an army of zombies invades a small town, it’s because of a strange local boy who has a knack for communicating with the dead to save the day.

ParaNorman The stars are Kodi Smit-McPhee, Tucker Albrizzi, Anna Kendrick, Casey Affleck, Austin Dickey, Leslie Mann, Jeff Garlin, Elaine Stritch, Bernard Hill, Jodelle Ferland, Tempestt Bledsoe, Alex Borstein and John Goodman. The film was directed by Sam Fell and Chris Butler.

ParaNorman will be available to stream on Netflix starting October 18.

Summary of the plot: A group of singletons stumble across the wild Nairobi dating scene when two friends wonder if their relationship is anything more than platonic.

Separate Stars like Brenda Wairimu, Nick Mutuma, Catherine Kamau, Pascal Tokodi and Pierra Makena. The film was directed by David “Tosh” Gitonga and Michael Jones.

Unfriendly

Summary of the plot: Six teenagers whose cyberbullying led their classmate to kill themselves were targeted by an online stalker with a deadly agenda.

Unfriendly The stars Shelley Hennig, Moses Storm, Renee Olstead, Will Peltz, Jacob Wysocki, Courtney Halverson and Heather Sossaman. The film was directed by Leo Gabriadze.

I am vengeance: retribution

Summary of the plot: In order to clear his criminal record, a former special forces soldier agrees to lead a team to find a mercenary with double crossing and bring him to justice.
