In the series’ latest episodes, Colby was alarmed to discover that Taylor had inadvertently made Angelo (Luke Jacobz) suspicious of their secret connection.
Taylor dropped some knowledge of the Ross case, and although she found she had read about it in a newspaper, Angelo rightly suspected Colby had told her.
Colby feared it would only be a matter of time before Angelo found out the truth about the matter, especially when his younger sister Bella Nixon (Courtney Miller) continued her attempts to warn Taylor.
Colby saw no easy way out of these two messes and reluctantly told Taylor that it was time to break up before their relationship led to her being hurt.
