The purchase of these units is in accordance with the real estate financing system, and the detailed conditions of the initiative issued by the Central Bank of Egypt on July 13, 2021, where a down payment is made starting from 10% for low-income units, and 15% for middle-income units, then the rest of the unit price is paid in installments, under the mortgage system, for a period of time. Up to 30 years at a return rate of 3% annually, decreasing, explaining that the cities in which the number of bookers exceeds the number of units offered, priorities will be applied, according to the mechanism established by the Presidency of the Council of Ministers.

She added, that fully-finished units (3 rooms and a hall) are also being offered, which are scheduled to be delivered within 36 months, in the following cities: (Badr, Gardens of the Capital, May 15, Hadayek October, October 6, 10th of Ramadan, New Aswan, New Alamein, Minya New, Nasser, New Rashid, New Beni Suef, Hurghada “Al Badari”, and Port Fouad), and the offered housing units range between 100 and 120 m 2, and 12 quarterly payments will be made starting on January 1, 2022, amounting to 25% of the unit price, and the rest will be paid The unit price is a maximum of 65% of its selling price under the real estate financing system for a period of up to 30 years at an annual interest rate of 3%.

Mai Abdel Hamid said: With regard to the income limits from all income sources that will be dealt with, for low- and middle-income clients, for low-income citizens, the maximum annual net income for singles is 54,000 pounds, equivalent to 4,500 pounds per month, and the maximum net The annual income of the family is 72,000 pounds, equivalent to 6,000 pounds per month. As for middle-income citizens, the maximum annual net income for single people is 120,000 pounds, equivalent to 10,000 pounds per month, and 168,000 pounds annually for the family, equivalent to 14,000 pounds per month. The minimum net monthly income for low-income earners is 1,200 pounds, and the minimum net monthly income for middle-income earners is 2,500 pounds.
